Intercontinental Martial Arts Union
- Executive Directors -
The Intercontinental Martial Arts Union, Executive Directorship Team is comprised of twelve (12) master level martial artist who assist the World & Assistant World Director in the day to day operations of the Union. Each of these Executive Directors are assigned an animal from the Junishi (Chinese Zodiac), when the calendar "Year of" animal comes to pass, that individual becomes that years Chief Executive Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF OFFICE - Chief Executive Director
- Coordinates & Facilitates the quarterly Ex-Dir meetings, reporting all pertinent information to the World & Assistant World Director.
- Oversees the operations of the IMAU in the absence of the World & Assistant World Director.
- Prepares monthly activity reports and submits the same to the World & Assistant World Director
- Attends and participates in bi-monthly teleconferences with the World & Assistant World Director
- Oversees the functional operations of the Executive Directorship Team.
- Coordinates & Hosts the annual IMAU training conference.
- Votes on proposals within the IMAU.
- Assists with member recruitment
- Acts as chief liaison for IMAU members
- All other responsibilities as directed
